The 96-room resort sits within the gated Cabo Del Sol golf community — home to two of the most-respected courses in Baja. A private Cabo airport shuttle from SJD to Four Seasons covers the 21-mile route in 30 minutes in our premium SUVs. The rate is $89 USD flat for a Cadillac Escalade or Chevrolet Suburban with up to 6 passengers — tolls, Mexican IVA tax, and the driver gratuity are all included.
About the Four Seasons at Cabo Del Sol
The Four Seasons Cabo Del Sol is the newest Four Seasons property in Mexico, opening in early 2023 inside the 1,800-acre Cabo Del Sol master-planned community. The resort fronts the Sea of Cortez with private beach access, three restaurants, a destination spa, three pools, and a dedicated family pool zone.
Cabo Del Sol is best known to repeat Cabo visitors as a golfing destination. The Ocean Course (Jack Nicklaus) finishes with one of the most photographed seaside holes in North America, and the Desert Course (Tom Weiskopf) carves through the lower Sierra.
The Drive from SJD Airport to Four Seasons Cabo Del Sol
From SJD Airport, the route is the longest of any major resort on the Tourist Corridor — 21 miles (34 km) west on Mexico Federal Highway 1, ending at the Cabo Del Sol main gate. The drive takes 30 minutes in normal traffic and rarely exceeds 50 minutes even during corridor rush hour.
There are no toll roads on this route, but our $89 published rate includes all tolls if your itinerary takes an alternate route. The Cabo Del Sol gate is well-marked off Highway 1, and our chauffeurs know the security protocol for the Four Seasons guest entrance.
For arrivals after dark, the corridor highway is well-lit through the Cabo Del Sol stretch. Late-night arrivals (after 11:00 PM) carry no premium with our service — the flat $89 rate is the same whether you land at 8:00 AM or midnight.

Round-trip bookings lock the departure rate at the same flat $89 — even if your departure falls on a high-season date like December 26 or January 2. We do not surge for holidays.
Tips for Your Four Seasons Cabo Del Sol Stay
If you are arriving for a golf-focused stay, book your tee times at Cabo Del Sol directly through the Four Seasons concierge before you arrive — both the Ocean and Desert courses book out 1 to 2 weeks ahead during high season (December through April).
The Cabo Del Sol beachfront is not generally swimmable in the open Sea of Cortez (the surf and currents can be strong), but the resort's three pools include a lap pool, a family pool with shallow zones, and an adults-only infinity pool with ocean views.
For departure day, allow 3 hours from the resort to SJD check-in for international flights. Cabo Del Sol's position at the far west end of the Tourist Corridor means the drive back is sensitive to corridor rush-hour traffic.
