Every rate on this site is for the whole vehicle, not per seat, and it already includes the highway tolls between SJD and your destination. A 16% Mexican IVA tax applies only when you pay by card; cash payments on arrival are not taxed. Driver gratuity is not included, and a 10 to 15% tip is customary. Airport pickup is the first ride of the trip, not the only one.
