Cabo Wedding Transportation

The Big Day Deserves Perfection

Wedding Transportation in Cabo San Lucas

Your destination wedding in Cabo San Lucas moves 60 to 200 guests across four or five venues in three days. The margin for a late shuttle, missed flight pickup, or a lost guest is zero. Cabo Black Shuttle is the private Cabo wedding transportation team wedding planners and couples from the US and Canada trust for full-weekend logistics — airport arrivals from SJD, rehearsal dinner shuttles, ceremony transfers, late-night returns, and the final departure run.

One dedicated account manager handles every ride from the first RSVP transfer to the last goodbye at SJD. Our fleet of Cadillac Escalade, Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, Chevrolet Suburban, and Toyota Hiace vehicles scales to any guest count, with synchronized arrivals coordinated directly with your planner or day-of coordinator.

How Cabo Wedding Transportation Works

For The Couple

The bride and groom arrive in a private Cadillac Escalade with tinted privacy glass, climate-zoned AC, and a chauffeur briefed on the ceremony timing. Flower ribbons and just-married signage coordinated with your florist. Post-ceremony the same vehicle handles portrait location runs between the ceremony and reception venues.

Guest Shuttles

Up to 19 guests per Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, 15 per Toyota Hiace, 6 per Chevrolet Suburban. We run staggered pickups from every guest hotel in Cabo San Lucas, the Tourist Corridor, and San José del Cabo, landing everyone at the ceremony location inside a 10-minute window.

Rehearsals & Brunches

Wedding transportation in Cabo is more than ceremony day. We cover SJD Airport arrivals for every guest flight, welcome-party transfers, rehearsal dinner at Flora Farms or Sunset Monalisa, post-wedding brunch, and the final SJD departure run — all on one coordinated schedule.

Behind The Scenes

How We Plan Your Cabo Wedding Weekend

A typical Cabo destination wedding runs 60 to 150 guests across four venue moves over three days. Our wedding transportation plan starts 60 to 90 days ahead with a logistics call between our account manager and your planner. We collect the flight manifest, hotel list, and venue schedule, then build a minute-by-minute transportation plan for every ride.

Day 1 — Arrival from SJD Airport

We track every guest flight into SJD (Los Cabos International Airport) in real time. Vehicles are dispatched based on arrival windows — a Sprinter for a family flight group, an Escalade for the VIP suite, a Suburban for a couple. All guests meet their chauffeur at Umbrella #5 outside the terminal and ride direct to their Cabo San Lucas or San José del Cabo hotel with no shared stops.

Day 2 — Welcome Events & Rehearsal

Welcome-party transfers from guest hotels to the host venue (commonly Flora Farms, Acre Baja, or a private Pedregal villa). We run rehearsal dinner shuttles in waves so the bride and groom arrive last, with a dedicated Escalade. After-party transfers return each guest to their specific hotel — no single drop-off that leaves guests walking.

Day 3 — Ceremony, Reception, Late Night

Ceremony-day Cabo wedding transportation is precision work. Ceremony shuttles leave hotels on a 90-minute window and land all guests inside a 10-minute arrival block. Reception-to-after-party transfers handle the midnight move. Late-night returns run until 2 AM with chauffeurs staying on-call for any guest who needs an earlier ride home.

Day 4 — Brunch & SJD Departures

Post-wedding brunch transfers (often Flora Farms, Villa Santa Cruz, or a beach-club), then back to each guest hotel. SJD Airport departures run in staggered waves based on each guest's flight time, with 3-hour lead times for international connections. Every guest gets a departure voucher with their specific pickup time.

Common Wedding Questions

Cabo Wedding Transportation FAQ

How do you coordinate Cabo wedding transportation for the whole group?
We build a full wedding transportation plan with your planner: airport arrivals from SJD for each guest flight, rehearsal dinner shuttles, ceremony and reception transfers, and late-night returns to each hotel. One dedicated account manager handles every ride for your wedding weekend in Cabo San Lucas. All pricing locked at booking — no surge for late-night returns.
What vehicles do you use for Cabo wedding transportation?
For the couple we use the Cadillac Escalade or a stretch-class SUV with tinted privacy glass and climate control. For the wedding party and guests we use Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans (up to 19) and Toyota Hiace vans (up to 15). For larger weddings we coordinate multiple vehicles with synchronized arrivals — premium SUVs only, no economy vans.
Which Cabo wedding venues do you serve?
Every major Cabo San Lucas wedding venue: Flora Farms, Acre Baja, Sunset Monalisa, The Cape, Esperanza, Pedregal villas, Cabo del Sol, One&Only Palmilla, Chileno Bay, Montage Los Cabos, Four Seasons Cabo Del Sol, Villa La Estancia, and private villas along the Tourist Corridor. Our drivers know the gate codes, arrival protocols, and timing for each venue.
How far in advance should I book wedding transportation in Cabo?
We recommend booking your Cabo wedding transportation 60 to 90 days ahead for peak season weddings (November through April). Off-peak bookings can be made 30 days in advance. Large group bookings (40+ guests) should lock in vehicles as early as possible.
Do you offer flower and signage decoration for the wedding Escalade?
Yes. We coordinate with your florist to add ribbons, florals, or a just-married sign to the couple's Cabo wedding vehicle. Ask your account manager and we handle it with your planner on the day.
What is the starting price for Cabo wedding transportation?
Wedding transfers in Cabo San Lucas start at $199 USD per vehicle for short venue-to-venue moves — all-inclusive (vehicle, bilingual chauffeur, tolls, 16% IVA, gratuity). Full wedding weekend packages (airport + rehearsal + ceremony + reception + departures) are quoted custom based on guest count, vehicles needed, and logistics. No surge pricing for holiday weekends.
